We are very excited to meet you. Thank you for considering scheduling your orthodontic examination with our office. We ask that a parent /legal guardian  is present at the first examination.

After a thorough examination, Dr. Spencer will review the diagnostic records and determine a specific treatment plan for the patient. Recommendations will be made on how best to address your concerns and questions.  After the examination our Treatment Cordinatior will come in and discuss the treatment financial options and insurance benefits. To help better manage your visit, we will have you fill out the Patient Information Form.
