Dr. Adam Spencer has provided cutting-edge orthodontic care to children, teens and adults since 2009. He serves patients at his main office in Longview, Texas, and at satellite locations in Gilmer and Atlanta.
Dr. Spencer grew up in the Longview area and graduated from White Oak High School in 1999. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Abilene Christian University in 2003, where he was inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor Society. Dr. Spencer earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M; Health Science Center’s Baylor College of Dentistry in 2007. He received the Texas Dental Association Outstanding Senior award and the Academy of Osseointegration award. Dr. Spencer was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and the Odontological Honor Society, where he served as president.
After dental school, Dr. Spencer completed residency training in orthodontics at Texas A&M; Health Science Center’s Baylor College of Dentistry. He obtained his Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master’s degree in 2009.
Highly educated, Dr. Spencer believes that it is important to stay knowledgeable about the latest orthodontic procedures and technology, so he can deliver the very best care to his patients. He does so by maintaining memberships in many prestigious professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Land O' Pines Study Club.
Dr. Spencer has a passion for helping people. He lectures to students at Longview High School during their career class and volunteers at the Longview Emergency Dental Outreach (LEDO) community clinic. He also volunteers with many charitable organizations, including Camp Deer Run, Mission Upreach and the Highway 80 Rescue Mission. Dr. Spencer has completed mission trips to Mexico, Nicaragua, Honduras, Ecuador and Haiti.
In his free time, Dr. Spencer enjoys lake sports, deer and duck hunting, snow skiing, basketball, and going on dental mission trips. He loves spending time with his wife, Kristen and their three children sons, Caden, Tate and daughter Cora. The family currently resides in Longview, Texas and attends Pine Tree Church of Christ.
Dr. Clark Spencer has provided superior orthodontic services to children and adults in Longview and surrounding areas since 1979. He attended Abilene Christian University for his Bachelor of Science degree. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Spencer attended Baylor College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master of Science in Dentistry degrees and his Certificate in Orthodontics.
Dr. Spencer is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. He loves sharing his knowledge of about orthodontic treatment options and technology. Dr. Spencer lectures to the public and his work has been featured in the Texas Dental Journal.
Dr. Spencer keeps up-to-date with the most current advancements in orthodontics through his memberships in the American Association of Orthodontists, Texas Dental Association, the Charles H. Tweed Orthodontic Group of Texas, and the Land O’ Pines Study Club. In his spare time, Dr. Spencer enjoys horses, snow skiing and hunting.
